Suwyyn Travel Solutions, a Travel Management Company (TMC) led by Maninder Uppal, a seasoned veteran of the corporate travel industry, along with a team of experienced investors, has chosen Zenmer as the cornerstone of its travel business infrastructure.
Maninder has over three decades of vast experience in the corporate travel industry. Starting with a long stint at FCM India, he went on to start his own corporate travel business Subizz Travel Solutions, along with other prominent partners, later acquired by EbixCash as part of a larger group company purchase. After serving executive positions at Via.com (owned by Ebix), he recently donned the entrepreneurial hat again and started Suwyyn Travel Solutions.
Having had the opportunity to engage with founders, operators, and consultants from various TMCs worldwide, it has become evident that the industry is grappling with the challenges posed by outdated technology and the sluggish pace of adaptation to innovation.
This realization spurred the inception of Zenmer. Our primary mission is to revolutionize the travel infrastructure by constructing an open and modular Travel-as-a-Service Platform, accessible to all.

Bringing onboard a modern travel infrastructure
Maninder shared the following insights from our early discussions:
“Last quarter, Suwyyn discussed some unique requirements from its upcoming large enterprise clients with Zenmer and presented its technology to the end client, only to be overjoyed by what could be possible. It was impressive to see that Zenmer's open platform could be white-labeled, as well as easily integrated with other systems via its open APIs. There was no going back from that point on,” affirmed Maninder Uppal, Director of Suwyyn Travel.
Suwyyn Travel has opted to leverage Zenmer's entire technological framework, encompassing the following components:
- Online/Self Booking Tool – A modern, white-labeled, self-served user interface catering to travelers, arrangers, and travel managers.
- Agent Desktop – An omnichannel, supplier-agnostic TMC booking engine catering to travel consultants, part of the same infrastructure as the Online Booking Tool with access to the same content, profiles, and policies.
In today's announcement, Maninder also conveyed:
“Corporate clients are now demanding a global travel platform with a simple and similar UX across geographies for all employees. We've chosen Zenmer as our exclusive travel platform due to its global implementation capabilities, local content across geographies, modularity, ease of use, and the ability to push and pull data via its Open APIs. We were also inspired by its NDC capabilities as we foresee our clientele being more global travelers,” emphasized Maninder Uppal, Director Suwyyn Travel Solutions.
